The Beginning...
From a simple idea sketched on a napkin in 2012, Pat Richards of Great Plains Health and Karen Bowlin of Mid-Plains Community College ignited a vision: a local EMS conference for North Platte. Leveraging available resources and fueled by the generosity of volunteer instructors, they pioneered one of western Nebraska's first free EMS conferences, a testament to their dedication to local EMTs.
